Pflugerville Area Youth Baseball And Softball Association (PAYBAS) is chartered for baseball and softball with PONY.  PAYBAS is a non-profit organization run solely by dedicated volunteers to encourage participation, develop character and discipline, promote team work, and advocate citizenship and community pride. The goal of all PAYBAS programs is to provide quality instruction in the development of baseball/softball skills, sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, competitiveness and fair play.
